"Excellent service in A&E"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

This morning we rang 111 as my husband had chest pain. Promptly answered, referred to GP, who asked us to attend A&E at Macclesfield Hospital. From the moment we arrived, until discharge some two hours later, the service we received was excellent. Immediate triage, and all tests clearly explained. We felt involved, important and reassured. Thankfully all tests were clear, and we are back home.
