I came into the hospital with the utmost trust in the staff and consultant. The pre-op tests and advice gave me the oportunity to ask any questions or concerns I might have had. The hospital was pleasant, newly decorated & clean. The staff were vey helpful and explained everything to me.
The ward staff were pleasant & helpful.
overall considering that it was an operation it went very well.
