Yesterday 24 Nov I visited the Urology department at QA for an investigation.

I wish to say how impressed I was with the speed, efficiency and friendliness of all the staff with whom I came into contact.

I arrived with some concerns as to the cause of my condition but I very soon felt reassured due to the professionalism of all the staff from my first reception through to the staff present at my scan and finally the consultant and assistant present at the final investigation and diagnosis.

I am unable to say that the process was ‘pleasant’ but I can say it was carried out with great care and support thanks to all in the team.
