"Great Care at the Rheumatology Dept"

I continue to receive excellent care from the rheumatology Dept. I'm involved in my care and feel fully briefed about my treatment options. The service is responsive and the nurse specialist helpline helps me to manage my condition with confidence knowing I can contact them for advice. The staff in out patients are cheerful and helpful and when there are delays in clinic the clinician always apologises. In the same vein when I'm struggling it might be me causing the delay though I never feel rushed. The focus on research and emerging evidence instils hope that while this is a life long degenerative condition I will be able to manage in the future and remain working full time and active with my family.
