"Endoscopy follow-up results"

I had no issues with my endoscopy.
However, after the procedure, I was not giving any discussion of what was found.
(Despite the box being ticker that I had!)
I waited 4 weeks and still no feedback either to myself or my referring GP.
Tried several phone calls to Endoscopy unit. Just get an unhelpful message and no calls returned.
