"Thankyou"

Attended the ADSU on 17/11/15 for shoulder surgery.

Doors opened at exactly 0730 hrs and despite the considerable amount of people within 5 minutes I had been introduced to my nurse and bed. The whole system seemed very slick with efficient and courteous staff.

The same nurse dealt with me throughout including walking down to surgery, which was nice as it is a nervous time.

Also spent some time in recovery due low blood pressure and from what I can remember all the staff were friendly and chatty and I always felt I was in good hands.
