we were sent into west Suffolk A&E by the out of hours Doctor this morning, 24th November. The staff were all so caring, from the receptionist, triage nurse, A&E nurses and doctors. Everyone spoke kindly to us, showed great care to my little girl. The doctor even gave the children some food while we were seeing how my daughter improved with medicine. Thank you for your wonderful care under difficult circumstances with bed pressures and many people in the department.
