I’ve been a patient at Donneybrook Surgery for a long time. I have had experience of some reception staff being rude and unhelpful, however, over the last few months the reception has been updated. There appears to be more seating and the reception staff are polite and try their best to help.

I do like the open surgeries. They are generally packed out but you know you will get to see a doctor.
