What I liked

The level of care and genuine repect shown by all levels of staff from the ward cleaners to the doctors, all were thoughtful and respectful

What could be improved

the discharge lounge was not available at the end of my stay but this was only a minor inconvenience

Anything else?

I was very impressed with the whole experience, the best descriptor would be caring.

We were pleased to learn of your positive experience although were sorry to note the issue with the Discharge Lounge, which we will look into. It was particularly nice to read that you felt the staff demonstrated care and respect, which hopefully indicates staff are living our Values - Kind, Safe and Excellent.
