What I liked

My mother has just come out of William Harvey Hospital after treatment for a serious illness. I want to say how impressed I was with all the treatment. The paramedics arrived within 5 minutes and they were so helpful in every way. The traetment was excellent in A&E, we did not have to wait long.

The nurses on the ward were most helpful. The doctors were helpful and ready to listen, and told us exactly what was going on, putting our minds at rest. We were not able to fault anything. Thankyou to Cambridge K ward for getting my 95 year old mother well enough to come home.

What could be improved

It would be helpful to have a page of information about the bedside phone etc services, saying exactly what channels are available and what charges are, especially for phone calls. We did not dare use these services, as there was no information and they have a reputation for being exhorbitantly expensive.
