I found the health trainer service to be awful. They weren't helpful at all & just gave me a load of sheets to take home. I'd asked for advice about the gym on prescription and I was just ignored & when I mentioned it again in the next appointment, they didn't have the paperwork. For somebody who has depression, this was a hard thing to ask about & I desperately wanted some help but now I have given up again & will be back to square one.
