Had to be referred to the urologists with a problem. Rang the Choice call centre number given to me by GP - got an answer promptly (and a real person) and my appointment was booked smoothly.
Hospital was good, clean, friendly. Didn't wait long in clinic before seeing consultant. I was in and out in half an hour so parking was free (bonus!)
Consultant apologised that I'd have to wait until July but this was because the PCT has no money and were making people wait the maximum they could, so not hospital's fault.
