"I am at breaking point"

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter is under CAMHS and I really needed their help with recent developments but they've completely ignored me.

I've been contacting them for over 6 weeks ringing every 2 days and the receptionists are lovely but everyone else is shockingly bad and not getting back to me at all!

I spoke to a case worker once and she assured me that the team was going to get together to help me and come up with an action plan...that was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I've still heard nothing. I'm at breaking point and I feel like they don't give a monkeys.
