"Mistake"

I went for a gastroscopy, I was very pleased with the efficiency of the N & N outpatient nurses and the doctor who performed my gastroscopy.

I feel it was really bad though that another person's details had been put into my file and an agency nurse began to prepare me for a colonoscopy !

Good job I had my wits about me to realise their error but fear an older person might not with dire consequences.
