"Excellent care"

First time I have been to this hospital in over 30 years.
A&E was not that good,went to triage, then sent to MEDDOC, 1 hour wait for appointment only to be taken back to A&E?
From then on though no complaints whatsoever. The care I have recieved in every department has been first class. Every member of staff were friendly and despite working such long shifts were always cheerful.
Everything was explained to me in detail and all my questions answered clearly.
