What I liked

I comment last time on the excellent service at the South Wing eye clinic and said my only complaint was the slow and poor service of the over run desk/reception staff. I have been back twice since and the service has changed and it is now as OUTSTANDING as the rest of the service! Well done on the improvements! The young man who dealt with me was excellent, professional and polite in every way. Well Done Musgrove and the NHS again!
