"Not even examined in the urgent "care" centre"

My dad visited the urgent care centre on 6th November and said he thought he had a DVT. He had signs and symptoms of a DVT and asked for a scan. The doctor who saw him didnt even physically examine him and told him to go home and take Paracetamol and see his own GP next week who would need to request a scan. My dad was diagnosed with a DVT two weeks later after several visits to the hospital. Absolute disgrace. I would not recomend the urgent care centre to anyone. What a waste of time.
