"7 years waiting on dental treatment"

I have hypersensitive teeth, got veneers approx. 17 years ago, these needed replaced, went to dental hospital Glasgow they agreed they needed replaced, waited three years for funding to be approved, still not had them this is 7 years since my initial appointment to have them replaced. Since then have been passed about from different departments, top teeth are in agony, been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, two weeks ago not sure if the pain associated with that in the meantime just been told I need to start the whole process of having a referral to the dental hospital again, 7 YEARS WASTED TIME, my teeth are in agony, I cannot cope with another winter, gusts of wind cause me severe pain, Id have them removed but I cannot wear a denture, someone somewhere must be able to help. My dentist cant help as he cant to any resotritive work without permission from argyle and clyde. please help me.
