I presented at A and E at around 6am with a damaged toe on 22nd November 2015. I was seen immediately by 2 lovely members of staff, who listened well to me, put me at my ease and showed great care. The rapport between the 2 members of staff was both professional and comforting. They were very thorough and I felt that I was in safe hands. They referred me onwards and I was very happy with this.
