About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford)

I have been going through a rough patch recently and made a stupid decision to do something to myself which I later regretted, I must say a very big big thank you to all the doctors/nurses/psychiatrist who I met they made me feel optimistic again through their kindness and care and lack of judgementallity. It made me realise I can continue I just need hope and a plan and its okay to admit to needing a little help sometimes. So thanks so much again
