"I wasn't fed and the place was filthy "

I had an operation and during my recovery which took 2 weeks I was not fed more than once a day and on three days I did not got any food whatsoever. The curtains had blood on then and I asked for another pillow and it cam with three large fresh blood stains like it had come from another very ill patient. I complained but the nursing staff ignored me. They spent most of the time standing around chatting. I was very frightened and will not go to the doctors again as I do not want to end up back there. In the night on my fourth night after my operation I could not sleep and I think I saw a rat running across the ward.
