"Rheumatoid Department"

I am utterly disgusted. My sister rang to try and get my father an earlier appointment (my fathers dr emailed letter & got X-ray of my dad) sent to Rheumatoid Arthritis specialist advising urgent appointment required. My sister explained my father is in excruciating pain (with strong pain killers prescribed by dr). He cannot walk, dress, eat etc unaided. My sister asked if a wheelchair can be provided. To be told by the secretary we can hire one from squires gate/white gate drive. Oh and no his appointment is on 2nd December.

I'm absolutely fuming.
