My 85 year old father had his first cataract operation on 18 November. We were really impressed by the kindliness of the staff in spite of how busy they were at times. Everything was well explained and the waiting area was basic but comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the service we received

Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for your comments. We are working at making the waiting area a little more welcoming. Hopefully these changes will be in place if your father has to return for a second cataract.
