"Excellent care from Maxlliofacial Day Surgery..."

Thank you so much to my consultant and all their team, the nurses in the Day Procedures unit, particularly the one who gave me excellent before and after care and especially the three anaesthetists working on the afternoon of 20th November who were so calm and reassuring when giving me general anaesthetic for my wisdom teeth extraction. I have mild cerebral palsy and suffer from anxiety, but all the staff who assisted me from the receptionist to the consultant were incredibly patient and understanding. I am very grateful to them all for getting me through a stressful experience. All my questions were answered, and they took my opinions into consideration. I feel that this is an example of the NHS at its best.
