What I liked

First and foremost we would like to say that the operation for a large brain lesion was a total success. We were treated with full consideration, dignity and respect at all times and that every little detail was thoroughly explained to us in advance which left us with a contented feeling that nothing was hidden that would come back at us at a later date. We are in our senior years and have had many hospitalisations and complained verbally and in written form in the past but on this occasion we feel we were treat like adults by a thoroughly professional team. We only hope that other hospitals are as good or learn by the example of the Royal Hallamshire. This hospital must have the best staff, equipment and procedure to have achieved this result. Our thanks go to all the staff. ( Please pass on our gratitude to all concerned)
