"Poor care post surgery at Golden Jubilee"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Cardiac Surgery

(as a relative),

My uncle had heart surgery here last year and the aftercare was appalling, only monitored every 9 hours despite high NEWS scores and when he deteriorated no action was taken for 3 days by then it was too late and he died.

Our family is heartbroken, I would rather take my chances than have to have an operation in this place.
