"Outstanding Care"

My mother was recently a patient on Ward C5 towards the end of her life. Unfortunately her condition meant that she was often a difficult patient, but not once did any of the staff complain, in fact they went out their way to reassure both me and my mother that nothing was too much trouble for them.

The way she was treated and cared for was remarkable. I could not have wished for my mother to be looked after any better than she was on C5, ALL the staff were amazing and always had a smile and a kind word. I cannot speak highly enough of them.
