"Visitor to Derriford extremely impressed with the service I received."

I wanted to write to say thankyou for the excellent service my son received in the A and E dept. at Derriford Hospital. My son has Epilepsy and unfortunatley had a seizure while we were staying in Dartmoor. The service he recieved from every member of staff (land and air paramedics, nurses and doctors) without exception that day (Saturday pm June 9th) was excellent.

My family and I were given all the information we needed, my son was seen promptly, and we all felt calmer and reassured by the general atmosphere of the hospital and staff. Thanks again
