i attended Emersons Green on Monday 16th November for my operation.

I arrived at 8.30am and was having my operation at approx 9.30am!

I cannot praise the staff highly enough - everything was well explained to me and I was seen by both the surgeon and anaesthetist before the operation.

Having an operation is always going to be scarey but I felt the staff were very kind and reassuring.

I was well looked after following the op by nursing staff who checked on my pain levels and generally made sure I was ok.

The hospital is extremely clean and clutter free also.

I was home by 5pm the same day!

I just want to thank all the staff involved in my care - particularly the surgeon and my anaesthetist from Italy - you were brilliant! Thanks very much - I give you all 5*s!
