"Thank you for saving my dad's life (heart failure)"

My dad was rushed to hospital with heart failure, I will always be grateful and thankful to all the staff in the departments my dad was cared for in, intensive care, recovery, heart ward and the A&E department and ambulance crew. Without these people my dad wouldn't be here today so I just want to thank you for the excellent care and support you gave my dad and his family at that hard time. He is making a good recovery and each day is so precious that my dad is still here. Thank you
