"My stay"

I went for my surgery with trepidation and extremely nervous, I was met at reception with a smile which was a pleasant sight. The nurses and support staff were reassuring and answered all my questions which eased my nerves. All stages of pre-surgery were prompt and extremely professional. After surgery I was taken to my room where I met the nurses that would be looking after me. Again the nurses were excellent, very professional and patient and I recieved the best care I could have wished for, for which I am very grateful. Great support staff, polite and cheerful and the food was excellent. Thank you to all that made what I thought would be an awful time, into a memorable experience.
