"5 star hotel"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Brilliant 111 service, brilliant A and E. Transfered to Hopkins ward with 9.5mm kidney stone. Nursing staff great, the doctors and surgeons are to notch. The bed was very comfortable, and the food was five star, hot and tasty.

Pain relief was available as and when required. I was operated upon very quickly, and discharged home the following day.

If this a hotel it would at least 5 stars, a not to have any pain is great. Than you Royal Berkshire Hospital.
