"rude nurse"

About: Good Hope Hospital

i was led to believe it was open visiting at good hope so i left work to visit my sister it took me an hour and half to get there then unfortunetly it was tea time a very rude nurse was shouting, told me to leave and others even two women who would have liked to feed their father as he couldnt feed himself well .if you are going to do that then hours of visiting should be put back . I couldnt wait an hour ouside then have another hour getting home so i had to leave it was very upsetting for me my sister and others i cant see her now for 3 days.not good good hope ! ward 16

thank you very much for providing your feedback regarding your recent visit to see your sister on Ward 16 at Good Hope Hospital.

I am very sorry that you were spoken to rudely by a member of staff on Ward 16 and I would very much like to look into your experience further. I will then highlight your experience to Andy Allport, Ward Manager for Ward 16 and to Caroline Deekes the Matron so that they can look into this.
