"Fast, efficient & very friendly service"

I attended the Minor Injuries Unit as I wanted to check that the persistent pain from my shoulder (injured in a collision while playing hockey) was not the result of a fracture or something else which needed to be fixed. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival and within less than an hour I had also had an x-ray and a further consultation. I could not fault the entire process in any way - it was smooth and efficient and was all done in an especially friendly manner by all concerned: the receptionist, the Nursing Sister and the Radiologist. They were all highly professional in their approach. A very pleasant and reassuring experience so full marks to the staff and the management.
