"Pleasant surprise"

My first visit to this hospital and was amazed at the cleanliness, tidiness, friendliness and all round attention to detail. So unlike most hospitals I have experienced especially in London. This is what all hospitals should strive be like.

By the way there is an error in the submission form: the department drop down only gives two options "Diagnostic Endoscopy" or "Don't Know". I visited XRay Dept.
