the shopping mall experience was excellent, the hospital was immaculately clean

What could be improved

I came to addenbrookes for build up to a dual transplant, kidney and pancreas, the transplant co ordinator was lovely and explained everything to me fully, the consultant was excellent, and the phlebotomists which were kept very busy with my arms were also excellent and pain free, i am looking forward to my transplant now and am just waiting for the call...watch this space
