rheumatology refereed me to orthopedics in December last year 2014 there was no communication until I got an appointment in august 2015 and was told knees need replacing by orthopedic doctor. Was sent for x-rays and pre-operative assessment in the middle of August received a letter in the middle of November which was written at the start of November which meant the post office took nine days to deliver ( I think not )
when I phoned doctors I was told it would be 2016 before I could have my operation in raigmore. I think that 14 months is well outside Scottish government waiting times
