"Winchester community mental health team"

The team had to arrange and coordinate a sudden and unexpected move to new premises. Despite this they worked closely as a team to ensure I received ongoing support and that my care plan was as closely followed as possible. Although this required seeing different team members to usual consistency was maintained as much as possible and the members of staff had briefed themselves with my care before seeing me. The team have remained focused upon their patients, professional andcaring at a difficult time for them and I really appreciate this.
