"Antenatal : extremely bad in tel..."

I wanted to rebook a maternity scan appointment at their ante natal clinic of this hospital .

30min waiting time average every time I called (about 10times ... I insisted as urgently had to travel on the day)

No result . No one ever picks the phone , they leave people waiting for hours before they hang up . Only once I managed to actually talk to someone (only once ) who told me they will call me back , which of course they didn't . They also said appointments can't be cancelled (!)

Extremely disappointing ,
