About: Accrington Victoria Hospital

I arrived on Sunday with pain in my throat which became a big swelling. I didn't wait as long as the waiting period was said which was good. And within five minutes of seeing an emergency nurse theycould clearly see I had acute tonsillitis and prescribed me antibiotics immediately. The nurse was lovely and was very helpful. I'm now much better after two days of treatment on a ten day prescription.
