"Staff at Children's A&e unit and ward 24 were..."

About: Wexham Park Hospital

A couple of weeks ago, we had to make a visit to the children's a&e at 4am. My son was very poorly and the nurse took us to the triage room straight away. The doctor came shortly afterwards and administered medication. The staff were absolutely amazing, they kept me informed and were compassionate.

We were then moved to Ward 24. The staff there were very informative and professional. we were given breakfast for the little one and mid morning snacks. There was plenty of space and a children's play area. He seemed to enjoy wandering in and out of the play area and back to the bed's.

I struggle to find fault with any of the staff or the service they provided, I think they do an amazing job in a very busy environment

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback for our children's A&E and Ward 24.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one.

Our teams try every day to deliver the care that they would want their relatives to receive.

Feedback like yours makes it all worthwhile.

I hope your child is recovering well

Kind Regards
