I had an accident back on August 19 th where I tripped over and fractured my wrist badly , I also sprained my foot.

I was treated by staff at the walk in centre and received excellent care , from being booked in to being discharged later that day ., I was suffering from shock and was dealt with promptly and professionally , all of the staff who treated me that day were fantastic , but I would like to make a special mention of the nurse who 'stopped me from passing out !' .

Everyone was so kind & caring , and I am so grateful to you all , thank you !

I was eventually sent to Arrowe Park hospital , where I had surgery and my arm was set in a plaster cast .

Again , I received the utmost care & attention from the team and would like to extend my grateful thanks to all members of staff involved in my care , I have nothing but praise for you all , you helped me through a traumatic experience .
