Sooo disappointed with my recent experience of Calderdale A&E. 4 hours waiting before being seen for less than 5 minutes by a disinterested doctor. This is after an initial visit in agony after accident. No after care or advise given and no follow up. Just left in black hole to spend hours seeking 'the next step' and waiting for hours for staff to remember about me!!! Dog chasing tail?!.
This has made me think for the first time that I would rather pay reduced taxes and take private healthcare. There is a lack of communication between departments and hospitals and a dismissive attitude where noone actually wants to take responsibility.
Very disillusioned
