(as a relative),

My father was admitted yesterday to Watford General Hospital with a collapsed lung. By the time I got there he was in Resus, soon to be transferred to the Acute Medical Unit.

He recieved fantastic care throughout - staff were very attentive, the consultants came promptly and were very informative. I really can't fault the care he recieved, the staff or the environment
