"The staff were very caring"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Clinical haematology Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as a relative),

My husband recently attended Rotherham District General Hospital for tests. He had an ultra sound, camera down his stomach and a CT scan. We had quick appointments when we arrived at the hospital and we did not wait long for other appointments. The staff were very caring and looked after my husband very thoughtfully as he is a double amputee and finds difficulty when transferring onto the beds. I am pleased to say after attending Dr Taylor’s clinic last week (haematology) nothing was found.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.

thanks for sharing your story with us; I'm glad your husbands treatment went well.

I'll pass your comments on to staff at hospital.
