What I liked
The staff were very professional and well organised. The ward was very busy but the doctors seemed to cope well. One doctor was particularly helpful and explained things clearly to me. I was very worried about my child but it was nice to have things relayed to me in a way that I could understand and so was in a better position to decide what to do. There was also a nurse that kept checking up on us but unfortunately I did not catch their name. The staff must work very long shifts because I kept seeing the same doctors and nurses whenever I was there: it is nice to be able to deal with the same person but I could not help thinking that they must struggle to find time for themselves. Most areas were kept clean despite all the kids! I presume that the colour coded cleaning equipment and masks are used especially in lieu of swine flu: it seems to be an old, yet modern hospital.... if that makes sense.
What could be improved
If I had to find something, it would be to clean the corners of the floor by hand to stop grub building up.
Anything else?
A very nice experience except that it was a hospital of course!
