About: Kettering General Hospital

Have been waiting for important surgery after getting the runaround from numerous departments and consultants. Having to deal with secretarys that seem incapable of communicating by phone or in writing 15 call in a fortnight unanswered. only receiving a response when speaking to a supervisor before hand.all messages ignored.

eventually advised a two month wait for surgery, after this time i enquired why i hadnt heard anything and was told it would be 10 months at the earliest if no more urgent cases take priority. (after waiting over a year to see someone).

This service is disgraceful and unacceptable. People running these departments should be ashamed. how can they live with themselves each month providing such inadequate service. Patients suffering while these people who are paid to provide assistance do nothing to help.
