"Great team in neurology at Queen's Hospital"

About: Queen's Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

Last week I was admitted to Queens for surgery to release the sciatic nerve causing great pain down the left side of my leg and ankle.

I would like to point out that I had heard some negative reports about the new hospital but I would like to point out that my experience was that from entry through care & surgery then release home was excellent. Everybody associated with the care and attention to me was excellent and very comforting - Romford Recorder take note!

I do not believe that I could have been in better care - I had all the risks and opportunities explained in great detail and the operation to drill the bone in my spine went ahead on Thursday with my release on Friday at 12:00noon.

I would like to thank the Neurologist Mr Bavetta, the registrar Georgios, the Anesthetist, the nurses on the ward and the advice from the physiotherapists - great team working in harmony wit
