(as the patient),

A few weeks ago I had a bad fall and was in a lot of pain. I was referred to a physiotherapist and Jessica Sutton has been coming for the past 6 weeks to help with exercises and to improve my mobility and lessen the pain.

I have been doing the exercises that Jessica showed me and she has been brilliant. Although it is still uncomfortable the pain is much less than it has been so thank you Jessica.
