"Minor Injuries Saturday 14th November"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital

Arrived at minor injuries needing stitches on a deep wound on my shin. Otherwise I would not have even entertained it.

Arrival time 13.00, advised of a 90 minute wait.

Got assessed at 16.00, 3 hours later.

Seen by a nurse to have the stitches at 16.40.

Total time in minor injuries 4hours.

Only 1 nurse on duty, an absolute disgrace.

Rude receptionist.

I will not be recommending or returning.
